The shoes on everyone’s mind (and feet) this season? Mules! Some from Gucci, Mansur Gavriel, Acne and Maryam Nassir Zadeh are just a few of the most popular—albeit, expensive—options. I went down a more affordable route with a pair from Zara, though not on purpose. It was just one of those things I didn’t really set out to buy specifically but ended up doing so anyway because that’s what happens when you visit the giant Spanish retailer par excellence. They’re surprisingly versatile and comfortable so if you have the opportunity to buy them or a similar pair, I would highly suggest doing so; specially if you’re up north and are preparing your wardrobe for summer—these guys are really a must have item for the season.
So in the spirit of arbitrary consumerism, I’ve rounded up a bunch of my favorite mules below for your shopping pleasure and convenience.
