So the last day of the year is here!!! Time to pop open some bubbly and toast to best moments of 2015 and everything that is to come in 2016. Another year of possibilities and opportunities. There is no more positive moment than January 1st! It can seem intimidating if you get too caught up on resolutions. I’m not a big fan of those. I’m more of a “start right away” and less of a “star next year” or “start on Monday” kinda gal. It just takes all the worry, anxiety and anticipation away from anything. And my other advice? It’s all about taking it one day at a time!
So… ahead of tomorrow’s celebrations, I’ve rounded up three libations featuring Rosé Champagne, courtesy of Mumm Brut Rosé.

From top to bottom:
Smokey Bubbles
1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Lime Juice (plus extra for dipping)
.5 oz. Agave
3 oz. Champagne
Coarse salt
Instructions:
Dip rim of glass in extra lime juice, then dip in salt. Set aside. Mix lime juice, Mezcal and Agave into a cocktail shaker. Shake then strain into glass. Top with Champagne and serve.
Air Mail
1.5 oz. Dark Rum
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.75 oz. Honey
Champagne
Instructions:
Pour rum, lime juice and honey into glass. Top with Champagne and serve.
French 75
1.5 oz. Gin
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup (two parts sugar + one part water)
Champagne
Instructions:
Mix lemon juice, gin and simple syrup in glass. Top with Champagne and serve.
