A few photos from our short roadtrip around California. There are such beautiful landscapes up there. We ventured off the Pacific Coast Highway to see some Redwood Trees on our way down to Carmel and Big Sur, it added a few hours to our travel time but it was worth it! The majestic giants had been on our bucket list for a while. Also on the way down we stopped by Big Sur Bakery and had some great food and coffee. I highly recommend a visit, it’s right on the road. We planned to have lunch at Post Ranch Inn another day but had to cancel because we didn’t realise Big Sur was that far away from San Francisco and we weren’t going to make it on time, but if you’re ever in the area it’s a must see/stay/eat at spot. I also read Deetjen’s is great too!
