Hey guys; as promised, here is the second part of my exploration of stripes with stripes. The first part was a little bit more bold as the stripes were wider and set in different directions. This time I guess I’m technically mixing pinstripes because the prints feature much thinner lines than before. Either way, the results are still pretty interesting, specially with the mix of masculine details—like the wide leg trousers with pleats at the front—and feminine accents—like the ruffles of the one shoulder top from Zara everyone seems to have. To add a third element into the mix, I decided to go with sneakers rather than heels, topping it all off with a sporty touch for a really eclectic look that is still within the minimal range. Oh and how could I forget the artsy touch?! My new evil eye barrette from Dream Collective. I’m obsessed with evil eyes so I could not resist buying it during my last trip to LA. If you’re ever in Los Angeles, a visit to Dream Collective is a must!
Thanks for reading.
